Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be canceled with 24 hours or more notice. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of session are liable for a cancellation fee. Two instances of not showing for appointments and not informing staff will result in future sessions being canceled and having to reschedule. Three instances of not calling to cancel and not showing for appointments may result in discharge from service and being referred to another provider.
